On ne peut pas tout prévoir en photographie de portrait et souvent lors de la recherche d'une image un aspect de la personne peut se révéler, des expressions innatendues peuvent se produire, une autre perception de la personne photographiée que le photographe peut décider de poursuivre. C'est la joie de l'imprévue et il faut que le photographe soit toujours prêt.Le travail avec la lumière est déterminant en photo de portrait. En fonction de la lumière (clair-obscur, lumière douce, lumière d'hiver...), un portrait n'exprime pas la même chose.En dehors du portrait en studio, la lumière n'est pas neutre et elle a une incidence sur les couleurs et sur le rendu final de l'image.Je suis partisan de la lumière ambiante pour son rendu plus naturel qui donne une image plus vivante, une ambiance intimiste.Je suis pour une photographie de portrait sobre et simple.Source: The photo of portrait very well explained by Thomas Dufourneau
